A versatile LED strip and driver

Efficient, cuttable LED strip, where the LEDs are very close to each other (140 LEDs / meters). The ribbon is used in kitchen lighting as an indirect light, for example behind the mirrors, in plinths, in furniture, in ceilings, and anywhere where the lamp needs to be as invisible as possible. Especially when installed in a LIMENTE LIGHTING PROFILE, the light is pleasantly continuous and even.

High-quality LEDs are used as standard, with a color rendering index of CRI>80, luminous efficacy of 130 lm/W, luminous flux of 1300 lm/m and a color temperature of 4000 K (minor color temperature variations may occur between production batches). The strip comes standard with a 5 cm + 300 cm long cable at both ends. If this is not sufficient, you can order an extension cable (3 m), product number 681588. A maximum of 1 extension cable can be connected per fixture's cable, making the maximum cable length up to six meters. The power supply cable at both ends allows the utilization of the LED strip in two sections. This way, unnecessary waste pieces are avoided, and it also enables the installation of the strip in two different directions from the power source.

The LED strip must be used with a suitable 24 V power supply. Compatible options are mentioned in connection with the products. Aluminum profiles and LED strips are also available separately.

Dimming and lightcontrol

By adjusting the lights, it is easy to create appropriate lighting for different occasions. By dimming LIMENTE LED-strip you can change your home’s lighting from efficient and bright to dim and cosy. You can use the same switch to adjust all the LIMENTE lights in the room, including various ceiling-, panel- and profile lights. The lamps adjust smoothly at the same time, while simultaneously changing the ambience of the space.

LIMENTE LED-strip is dimmable either with LIMENTE SMART CLASSIC, LUXUS ja GREENLINE series 24V dimmer (no. 640540) and wireless wall switches (no. 640541, 640542, 640544, 640546 and 640547). The dimmer is installed between the power supply and the fixture. The dimmer includes a similar manifold to the one included in the power supply. You can connect up to 6 LIMENTE lights to one dimmer, as long as the maximum load (W) of the power supply is not exceeded.

The LED-strip is also dimmable with a Dali driver (LEDDALI100). The driver is controlled by either a 240 V Dali controller or a push button switch, utilizing the "Push Dim" function.

Installation

LIMENTE LED-strip is fast and easy to install.

The power supply cable, often hidden behind the cabinet, is put in place so that the male connector comes close to the power source and the female near the LED-strip. The protective film of the tape is removed from the light strip and the strip is pressed into the installation location. Then the power supply cable is connected to the light strip and the power supply using quick connectors.

The LED strip can be cut every 5 cm, and it has a power feed at both ends, meaning you can utilize both ends separately if necessary. The strip must always be attached to a heat-conducting material, such as the LED Lighting Profile available as an accessory. This ensures the LED strip achieves its promised lifespan. The profile also enables installation, for example, under a drying cabinet, and its cover ((diffuser) makes the light more even. In all cases, ensure that the mounting surface is absolutely clean and dry before attaching the LED strip.
