LIMENTE NeonMini cabinet set is a versatile solution that includes everything you need to equip your cabinet. The set includes a strip, driver and sensor that turns on the lights when you open the cabinet door.

The cabinet set is specifically designed for mood lighting and applications where the light fixture needs to be recessed into the interior, remaining virtually invisible. The NeonMini is an exceptionally small strip, measuring only 3 x 5 mm. It is ideal for installation in grooves on the sides of closets, furniture, and for plinth or countertop accent lighting.

LIMENTE NeonMini cabinet set are available in lengths of 2 m and 4 m and can be shortened to a desired length at about 2 cm intervals, which enables all kinds of individual solutions. They feature a high color rendering index of CRI >90, ensuring that the colors of the illuminated object appear as natural as possible. The color temperature is selectable at either 3000 K or 4000 K.

Adjusting the lighting

The LIMENTE NeonMini cabinet set is dimmable with the LIMENTE SMART 512 IR door switch. LIMENTE SMART 512 IR door switch acts as an automatic door ON / OFF switch or when used as a door switch, the switch turns on the lights when the door is opened and turns them off when the door is closed.

The LIMENTE SMART SENSOR electronic unit has a memory that keeps the lights in the setting they were last set to (e.g. off), even if the unit is momentarily without power, e.g. during a power outage.

Installation

The installation of the LIMENTE NeonMini cabinet set is quick and easy with the included installation accessories and instructions.

The power supply cable (hidden behind the cabinet, for example) is placed in place so that the male connector comes close to the power supply and the female connector close to the profile. The power supply cable at both ends of the LED strip allows the luminaire to be used as two separate pieces. The LED strip can be shortened about every 6 cm to the desired length. Supply connectors and 200 cm long cables are included for both ends. f this is not enough, you can order an extension cable (3 m), product number 681588. Extension cables can be connected for max. 1 pc / luminaire cable, with a maximum cable length of up to 5 meters. Be sure to take into account the adequacy of the length of the luminaire wires and the fact that the maximum load (W) of the power supply is not exceeded.

The cable profile, luminaire profiles and light strip are cut to the desired length and fastened with the included fasteners. The protective film of the tape is removed from the light strip and the strip is pressed into the luminaire profile. Then the power supply cable is connected to the light strip and to the power supply with plug and socket connectors. The cable profile and corner pieces complete the installation so that the wiring is elegantly hidden.

The SMART sensor can be installed either with the included bracket or embedded in a 13mm hole. In flush installation, you should consider the supply cable to be connected behind the sensor, which should be led to the driver. A maximum of 4 sensors can be connected to the electronics unit. All connections are made using easy plug and socket connectors. When connecting lights to the LIMENTE SMART SENSOR, make sure that their total maximum load does not exceed 96 W.
